Terms of Service

1. What TakeSpot is

TakeSpot (takespot.lol) is a paid-placement leaderboard. Anyone may purchase a ranked position by placing a bid. The highest bid holds rank #1. Placement is determined solely by bid amount and payment status — never by advertising, editorial choice, or algorithms.

2. Bids

• A bid must be at least $5.00 USD.
• Your listing appears on the public board the moment your payment is confirmed.
• Your rank equals your total paid amount; ties break in favor of the earlier payment.
• You may outbid yourself by paying again — amounts accumulate toward your position.
• Bids are one-time purchases, not subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the name, link, tagline, and logo you submit. You may not submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes others’ rights, or promotes scams or malware. We may hide or remove any listing that violates these rules without refund where removal is due to your breach.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes or fees your payment method or jurisdiction may add.

5. Clicks

Click counts shown on the board are indicative and may be adjusted to remove duplicate, automated, or fraudulent clicks.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
